• Providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams.

• Assisting with client enquiries, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Preparing proposals, quotes, presentations, and tender documentation.

• Coordinating sales activities and ensuring accurate record management within CRM systems.

• Managing office administration tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.

• Supporting marketing and social media activities where required.

• Assisting with inventory coordination, supplier communications, and general operational support.

• Maintaining and updating company databases, systems, and reports.

• Helping ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Experience in administration, sales support, or customer service roles.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems.

• Experience using CRM systems and managing client records is highly regarded.

• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently.

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in Canva and supporting marketing activities or social media management is a plus.
