We are proudly part of the ForHealth Group. About the Role During a time of exciting transformation, there is an opportunity for a Treatment Room Team Leader to join our busy practice in Bunbury. This practice caters to its community and patients with a wide array of onsite services.    In this role you conduct a range of clinical duties including health assessments and immunisations, assist the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance.  Key responsibilities A Treatment Room Team Leader manages the provision of services within a Medical Centre's treatment room and assists Health Care Professionals They conduct a range of clinical duties with direction from treating HCPs including; pathology collection, vaccinations, monitoring of ECG, wound dressings, change of linen, clean and sterilise equipment The Treatment Room Team Leader will build relationships to create patient ease prior to procedures or treatments They Triage patients and assist HCPs in procedures The Treatment Room Team Leader will assist PM with rostering, recruitment and managing treatment room staff performance.
