About the role
ABC Seamless is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our leading home improvement company in the Parramatta area. This is a full time role at our office, with hours of 8am - 4:30pm (Monday to Friday).
Key responsibilities
Answering all incoming calls
Taking customer details
Sending leads to sales people
Communicating with sales people to assist with customer enquiries
Checking paperwork and registering contracts
Creating receipts for payments
Ordering office supplies
Filing and general duties
Other Administrative tasks
About you
Have experience in a similar Reception or Administration role
You must own a car that you can drive to our office in the Parramatta area. There is no public transport near our office, so it is not an option!
Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Are reliable, punctual and friendly
