GWA is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to join our Victorian Sales team and play a key role in expanding our presence across the residential building sector. Working with builders, merchants and key industry stakeholders, you'll identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships and help deliver sustainable sales growth across Victoria.

This is a highly visible business development role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management to grow market share and win new business. You'll work closely with residential builders and channel partners, developing tailored solutions that create value for customers and drive commercial success for GWA.

With a strong focus on customer engagement, pipeline development and account growth, you'll have the autonomy to make an impact while being supported by a well-known Australian business with leading brands and ambitious growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and growing relationships with residential builders and key industry stakeholders.

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities across Victoria.

• Driving sales growth through strategic account management and business development activity.

• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

• Using market insights and commercial acumen to uncover opportunities and maximise performance.
