About the role

Based at our Burwood Audi dealership, this permanent full-time position sits within the Service team and puts you at the centre of the aftersales experience, connecting customers, technicians, and the wider business to ensure every interaction lands well.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating service bookings and managing the workshop schedule so the team runs efficiently and customers are kept informed at every step
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers across phone and in-person interactions, building genuine relationships that bring people back
• Supporting the Service Advisors by handling administrative tasks, follow-up calls, and upsell opportunities for additional services
• Preparing quotes, invoices, and job cards accurately, giving you exposure to the full service transaction cycle
• Identifying ways to improve the customer journey, with your ideas genuinely welcomed by the team
• Collaborating across departments, so no two days feel the same

About you

You are someone who connects well with people, stays organised under pressure, and finds satisfaction in making a process work better than it did yesterday.

A bit more about you:

• Experience in a call centre, service bookings, or customer coordination role is what we are looking for, and it will set you up well from day one
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that help customers feel heard and valued
• Confidence managing competing priorities without letting the detail slip
• Comfortable working with dealer management systems or similar scheduling and invoicing software
• Technical automotive knowledge is a genuine advantage, though not a requirement as training and support are available
• An appreciation for the Audi brand and the premium service experience that comes with it will help you connect with our customers
