Retail Sales Assistant - NEW Store in North Lakes!

Toymate is a growing toy retailer committed to bringing joy to children of all ages. We offer an unbeatable range of toys, featuring top brands like Lego, Barbie, Pokémon, and Vtech. 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our new North Lakes team! In this role, you'll create a fun, welcoming shopping experience, assist customers in finding the perfect toys, and help maintain an organised store. If you’re passionate about toys and great service, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up a brand-new Toymate store

• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, friendly attitude

• Assist customers with product selection and questions

• Restock shelves and maintain merchandise displays

• Handle transactions 

• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation

• Collaborate with team members to create a festive shopping experience

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy periods

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Retail experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality
