NetSuite ERP & AI Systems Manager

About the role

You will project manage the last phase of our NetSuite rollout, and drive our transition towards NetSuite being our 'single source of truth'. This role requires a commercially minded professional who can bridge finance and technology, improve business processes and provide practical solutions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Project managing the last phase of our NetSuite rollout, and driving our transition towards NetSuite being our 'single source of truth'

• Supporting and enhancing our NetSuite ERP environment

• Being the primary liaison with our NetSuite Implementation Partner

• Implementing enhanced reporting out of NetSuite and assisting with training staff to get the most out of the ERP

• Design and implement business process improvement

• Design and implement the use of AI technologies within the business to drive operational efficiency

About you

• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar, senior roles together with appropriate qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with NetSuite ERP implementations, particularly within a Wholesale Distribution / Manufacturing / Diversified Agricultural business environments

• Detailed knowledge of the Oracle NetSuite platform

• Ability to design effective solutions to complex, multifaceted business requirements

• Ability to envisage the 'future state', its' potential functionality, and put the roadmap in place to ensure success

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Recent experience with design and implementation of AI systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Commercially focused
