Graphic Designer

About the role

This is a great opportunity for a creative to join the team and provide capability to support growth as the product range expands. We are searching for a multi-skilled creative with a developed eye for product design and ability to create striking communications that promote our products.

We have an established brand, visual identity, tone of voice and communication styles, so we're not looking for someone to reinvent our wheel. Instead we want someone who can integrate within the team, adding to what we're already doing by creating high quality content to enhance the online and print communications we produce.

You'll work across everything from product packaging and campaign assets, EDMs, and event materials. You'll collaborate within the marketing team to deliver cohesive, creative outcomes. This role suits a mid-weight designer who enjoys variety, takes pride in execution, and is comfortable being a key creative contributor within a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Design product packaging and labels, working with internal stakeholders and marketing team to create visually engaging artwork

• Edit, retouch, and manipulate images to a high standard, including colour accuracy and product presentation

• Create and optimise digital assets for social media, websites, and paid advertising campaigns

• Produce and deploy EDM campaigns and automations (Mailchimp/Klaviyo)

• Design sales materials including brochures, presentations, and proposals

• Develop creative for merchandise, events, and brand activations

• Manage multiple design projects and workflows to ensure timely delivery

• Maintain and organise the digital asset library and file structures

• Prepare files for print, including liaising with suppliers and managing proofing processes

• Contribute to and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design and/or digital art (including photography)

• Minimum 2 years' experience in full time graphic design work

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Strong understanding of print production (Packaging, dielines, colour management)

• Experience designing for digital marketing channels (socials, EDM, web)

• Experience across digital marketing platforms (Mailchimp or Klaviyo and Meta Business Suite)

• Ability to work quickly and accurately

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

• Attention to detail is an absolute must
