Senior Architect / Contract Administrator

• Experience acting as a Superintendent or Superintendent's Representative.
• Experience in delivering Department of Finance projects and listing by Department of Housing and Works as an approved SR is welcome
• An excellent understanding of procurement options and local Construction contracts
• Experience in D&C contract delivery
• Experience in project programming, written specifications and consultant management
• Experience in local construction systems, detailing and scheduling
• A thorough understanding of building codes, standards and regulations
• An understanding of Revit/BIM processes and protocols
• Rigorous and proactive approach in managing contracts and reporting to Clients
• The passion and rigor required to maintain design intent throughout the entire architectural process
