Production Operator

Headquartered in Sydney Australia, R-Biopharm Australia provides diagnostic and analytical testing solutions to customers across the healthcare, veterinary and food and feed sectors. We work closely with laboratories, researchers and manufacturers to provide reliable technologies and expert support that help solve real-world testing challenges every day.

We are seeking a motivated Production Operator to join our Production team and contribute to excellence in our manufacturing processes. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate across the business to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products, supporting innovation, efficiency, and operational success.

This Production Operator position operates follows a standard Monday to Friday 8am-4pm roster

KEY DUTIES

• Set up, operate, and monitor automatic liquid handling systems.

• Operate analytical tools and standard laboratory equipment (i.e. pipettes and

• scales).

• Accurately input batch data into company database systems in a timely manner

• Follow GLP housekeeping procedures, maintain a clean work environment and ensure PPE and safety procedures are adhered to.

• Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Perform in process checks on raw materials and reagents.

• Package and label medical devices to ISO 13485 standards and deliver products on-time as per scheduling requirements.

• Work on a roster across a variety of operative tasks.

• Ensure individual training schedule is maintained and kept up to date.

• Meet department quality objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Cert III/IV in Laboratory Techniques or

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or a related discipline

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Ability to work in a laboratory environment, follow GLP principles, and use standard laboratory equipment (pipettes).

• Work well within a highly collaborative environment with a diverse group of individuals.

• Excellent ability to follow detailed work processes and instructions.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, safe manual handling, and work well under pressure.
