The Parkerville Tavern has been welcoming locals and visitors for over 120 years and is currently undergoing an exciting transformation. While the venue remains open and trading as usual, a major renovation is underway, with the brand-new look set to be unveiled in mid-September.

We're recruiting now, so you can start immediately, become part of the team, and help bring the venue's next chapter to life.

We're looking for:

• Chef De Parties
• Demi Chefs
• Commis Chefs
• Cooks
• Kitchen Porters
• Full Time & Casual positions available

What you'll bring:

• Experience working in a busy commercial kitchen (for chef and cook roles)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
• Team-focused approach with a passion for hospitality

Kitchen Porters should be motivated, reliable and happy working in a fast-paced environment, keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly.
