Service Advisor Trainee or part time for experienced

Keema Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our Kia Cleveland team. This is a full-time position offering structured, hands-on training and a clear pathway to becoming an experienced Service Advisor.

Previous automotive experience is not essential—we are looking for the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will learn to become the key point of contact between our customers and workshop team. With support and training, you will develop the skills required to manage customer bookings, coordinate vehicle servicing and deliver a professional customer experience.

• Assisting with customer bookings, enquiries and service follow-ups

• Learning to prepare and manage repair orders

• Keeping customers informed about vehicle progress, recommendations and costs

• Working closely with technicians and the workshop team

• Identifying and recommending additional service and maintenance work

• Developing strong product, technical and customer-service knowledge

• Helping deliver a professional and positive customer experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence working with customers and as part of a team

• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude

• An interest in the automotive industry

• The ability to work effectively in a busy environment

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality or sales would be advantageous but is not essential.
