BLONDE ARMY is growing and we have an incredible opportunity to join our team.
We’re one of Melbourne’s leading Blonde, Balayage & Extension salons, and we’re looking for the right people to join our motivated, career-driven team.
We’re not your average salon.
Blonde Army is a fast-paced, high-energy environment filled with a team who genuinely love what they do. We take our work seriously, but we also believe you should have a life outside of the salon.
✨ 1pm finish Saturdays
✨ Closed over the summer holiday period
✨ Closed all public holidays

Whether you’re ready to begin your hairdressing career or looking for the right salon to grow within, this is an opportunity to learn alongside some incredibly talented hairdressers in a salon that takes education seriously.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
• Ongoing in-salon training and mentoring from our team
• Dedicated one-on-one education every second week with an out of house educator focusing on exactly what you’re currently learning
• All additional salon education covered by Blonde Army
• Assisting our senior stylists and learning hands-on in a busy salon environment
• Helping maintain a clean, organised and beautiful salon space
• Assisting with reception and social media
• Building genuine relationships with our clients and becoming part of their salon experience
• A clear opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a confident hairdresser
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Bubbly, energetic and motivated
• Friendly and confident communicating with clients
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Comfortable following direction and eager to learn
• A genuine team player
• Excited about building a long-term career in the hair industry
No previous salon experience is required. We care more about your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
