Audit Senior / Assistant Manager / Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking high-performing Auditors to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse client base, manage multiple engagements, and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit outcomes while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve technical accounting and audit issues across engagements
• Review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant Accounting Standards
• Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to management
• Perform detailed reviews of audit work and ensure quality and accuracy
• Summarise key engagement findings for Partners and senior stakeholders
• Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously, working with various team members
• Assist in the coordination, supervision, and development of audit teams, including training and mentoring
• Ensure adherence to audit methodology, standards, and compliance requirements
• Monitor staffing needs and contribute to resource planning across engagements
• Support Partners and Managers with business development and client relationship activities

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting
• CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed)
• 2- 12 years of Audit experience
