Based in our Homebush West warehouse, you’ll be the trusted person ensuring stock flows are accurate, organised, and safe across both Sydney branches and teams nationwide.

This role doesn’t involve managing staff — instead, it suits someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining an organised warehouse, and appreciates a consistent, well‑structured workday.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment.

• Operate forklifts confidently and safely — a valid forklift licence is essential.

• Maintain inventory accuracy above 98% through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and process audits.

• Use Business Central (ERP) for inventory management, reporting, and data entry.

• Coordinate stock movements for 20–30 vehicles in and out per day.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies, process stock adjustments, and manage write‑offs.

• Uphold strong safety, compliance, and continuous‑improvement practices.

• Prepare and submit warehouse and inventory KPI reports.

• Support procurement, logistics, and national teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse or dispatch experience.

• Valid forklift licence (mandatory) — or willingness to obtain within two weeks of commencement.

• Strong computer literacy; experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems is highly beneficial.

• Excellent organisational skills and a high standard of accuracy.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and uphold strict safety standards.

• Clear communication and a steady, proactive work ethic.

This role requires:
