About the role
The Surveillance Coordinator leads a team responsible for coordinating consistent, risk-based surveillance across regional network improvement projects. The role ensures inspections and surveillance align with Department construction contract requirements, with a strong focus on prioritising resources, managing risks, and maintaining clear records and reporting.
Key responsibilities include providing expert surveillance advice, ensuring works meet standards and safety requirements, and developing robust, auditable processes. The role also leads, develops and supports staff, drives continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, promotes consistent practices across regions, and champions a strong safety culture and positive team environment.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
