Are you a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about delivering exceptional therapy services in regional communities? If this sounds like you, let’s talk!
We have employment and subcontracting opportunities available for a Speech Pathologist (Full or part-time) to join our team and support programs across the Griffith, Young and Lake Cargelligo regions (Wiradjuri Country). If you’re based nearby, we’re open to considering other locations for the right candidate.
We offer a diverse and engaging caseload that provides opportunities for professional growth, clinical development, and variety in your work.
As part of this role, you will contribute to the Waratah for Kids program. This community-based initiative supports children aged 0–7 years who are experiencing developmental or behavioural challenges and are not currently connected with therapy services. Within this program, you may undertake screening and assessment, deliver short-term interventions, facilitate referrals to other services, and provide education and support to build caregiver capacity. You will work collaboratively with other therapists, community supports, and the Waratah for Kids Paediatric Linker to help children and their families access the support they need.
You will also have the opportunity to work as part of our multidisciplinary team delivering services to NDIS participants, fee-for-service clients, and other community programs as opportunities arise. This variety ensures a rewarding caseload and the chance to make a meaningful impact across a range of settings and client groups.
Your next role is waiting, —let’s make it happen.
