About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing education and training team. The role will focus on growing short course enrolments and funded training programs, building strong industry relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Promote and sell short courses, including Automotive and Hospitality programs
Generate leads and convert opportunities into enrolments
Build relationships with employers, businesses, schools and industry stakeholders
Identify opportunities for funded training programs and partnerships
Manage leads, follow-ups and business development activities
Meet agreed sales, enrolment and business development KPIs
Attend meetings, networking events and travel as required
About you
Proven experience in business development, sales or relationship management
Education, training or RTO experience highly desirable
BD or sales experience within Automotive or Hospitality is preferable
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organised and target-driven
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
