About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, certificate 3 trainee to join our wonderful team of educators.

Skills and experience

To be successful you will

• Be at least 18 years of age. 

• Hold an employee working with children check.

• Have a focus on supporting the safety of children within our care.

• Be willing to attend TAFE one day a fortnight.

• Have a genuine enjoyment of supporting children

• Be active and physically fit to be able perform all physical aspects of the job.

• Be able to follow directions

• Must be able to work rotating shifts within the hours of 6:30am and 6:30pm

• Be community minded as regular routine outings within the community form a large part of our program

• Be friendly and a team player.

• Have great communications skills

• Have a can-do attitude

• Be 100% reliable and honest

• Have strong refreneces
