About the role
The Australian Disability Network (AusDN) partners with over 400 organisations across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors to improve access and inclusion for people with disability as employees and customers. We are a respected, trusted organisation with a strong, values-driven culture.
We believe people with disability are skilled, capable contributors who deserve full participation in Australia’s social, economic and cultural life. We support our members to strengthen their disability inclusion capability through practical guidance, connection, and progress tracking.

This role sits at the centre of one of AusDN's strategic priorities: proving that demand-led employment models work, building the evidence, and driving broader adoption across the disability employment landscape. AusDN's 2026-29 Strategy is available to download alongside the position description.
