About the role
ND Collective is a growing paediatric allied health practice supporting children aged 0–12 years with developmental delays, disability, and neurodivergence. We provide evidence-based, play-based, and family-centred therapy in clinic, schools, childcare settings, and the community.
We're looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Physiotherapy Allied Health Assistant to work alongside our Physiotherapists, helping children build strength, coordination, confidence, and independence through engaging therapy programs.

Key responsibilitiesDeliver physiotherapy programs designed by our treating Physiotherapists
Support children during clinic, school, childcare, and community-based therapy sessions
Facilitate fun, play-based gross motor activities that build strength, balance, coordination, and motor planning
Assist with therapy groups and school holiday programs
Record session notes and communicate observations with the supervising therapist
Prepare therapy resources and equipment for sessions
Work closely with families and the wider multidisciplinary team
We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate about supporting children and families.
Kind, patient, energetic, and engaging.
Confident following therapy plans and taking initiative.
A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team.
Committed to child-centred and neuro-affirming practice.
Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (or currently studying/qualified in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or a related allied health field).
Current Working with Children Blue Card.
Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Experience working with children, particularly neurodivergent children or children with developmental delays.
Experience supporting physiotherapy or gross motor programs.
Knowledge of the NDIS and family-centred practice.
