Ezy Clean Soak Tanks is a privately owned, family-operated company providing specialised equipment, services and solutions to the hospitality industry.

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Soak Tank Delivery & Warehouse Assistant.

This is an all-rounder role combining customer deliveries, equipment installation and setup, customer service and general warehouse duties. You will deliver and set up Ezy Clean Soak Tanks at restaurants and hospitality venues, while also assisting with warehouse operations, including picking and packing chemicals and preparing orders for courier dispatch.

No two days are the same, and this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, working with customers and having a variety of responsibilities rather than performing the same tasks every day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Ezy Clean Soak Tanks and equipment to customer locations.
• Install and set up equipment at customer sites
• Provide friendly, professional and above-and-beyond customer service.
• Demonstrate equipment operation and provide Operating, Maintenance and Safety training to customers and their staff.
• Conduct equipment inspections and identify and troubleshoot faults.
• Respond to customer repair enquiries and troubleshoot issues remotely where possible.
• Assess equipment faults and determine the most appropriate solution, including coordinating contractors or arranging repairs or replacement equipment.
• Maintain accurate records
• Pick, pack and prepare Ezy Clean chemicals and other products for courier dispatch.
• Receive incoming stock and shipments, checking quantities and condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and keep the warehouse clean, organised and well presented.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and stock.
• Operate a tailgate lift when loading and unloading equipment.
• Use hand and power tools when required.
• Collaborate with the team and assist with general day-to-day business operations.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong customer service focus and enjoys dealing with hospitality customers.
• Is reliable, punctual, well presented and well spoken.
• Is physically fit, strong and agile, with the ability to safely load and unload equipment.
• Has a practical, hands-on approach
• Is confident using hand and power tools.
• Can take ownership of responsibilities and make confident day-to-day decisions within established guidelines.
• Can work independently after training while also contributing positively to a small, collaborative team.
• Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Can prioritise tasks and manage a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
• Has basic computer skills and is comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and similar programs.
• Is comfortable working directly with restaurant owners, chefs, managers and hospitality staff.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to confidently drive a van (automatic).
• Ability to safely operate a tailgate lift.
• Forklift licence highly preferred.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, customer service, warehouse operations, equipment installation or a similar hands-on role is advantageous.
• Mechanical, technical or trade experience is advantageous but not essential.

Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
