Key Responsibilities

Accounting Functions

·   Manage full Accounts Receivable process, including invoicing, recording sales, and following up overdue payments.

·   Perform full Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, approval coordination, and vendor liaison.

·   Process and record daily banking transactions, including receipts and payments.

·   Handle staff reimbursements and company credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policy.

·   Perform end-to-end payroll processing, including weekly and monthly payroll runs.

·   Support month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting.

·   Assist with external audits, including coordination with auditors and provide documentation as required.

HR and Administrative Support

·   Assist the HR Manager with company events and staff functions.

·   Coordinate training sessions and related logistics.

·   Provide general HR and administrative support as required.
