We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Sales to lead our high performing Toowoomba Sales team. This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of the region's largest media sales operation, leading high-performing teams across TV, Audio and Digital while driving revenue growth and market success. How you’ll make an impact: Lead and inspire Toowoomba’s largest media sales team across TV, Audio and Digital. Drive revenue growth through strategic sales leadership and commercial excellence. Build strong relationships with key clients, agencies and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities while growing existing partnerships. Develop and coach high-performing sales talent to achieve exceptional results. Own forecasting, pipeline management and revenue performance. Partner with the General Manager to deliver business growth and market success. Champion innovative, customer-focused media solutions that deliver results. What You'll Need: We're looking for a commercially savvy leader who brings: Significant experience leading large successful sales teams. A strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional leadership, coaching and people development capability. Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Strong negotiation, presentation and commercial acumen. Experience working within media, advertising, broadcast, digital or a related industry will be highly regarded. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Resilience, adaptability and the confidence to lead through change. Most importantly, you'll be energised by leading people, developing talent and helping businesses grow through effective advertising solutions.
