Irrigation Store Retail Manager- The Watershed

About the role

As the Store Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations and lead a small team to drive sales growth. You will be the face of the business to customers including irrigation professionals and the general public.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive and safe culture.
• Drive sales performance by building strong relationships with local trade and retail customers
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, purchasing and visual merchandising.
• Provide designs on irrigation systems and expert advice on pumping and water filtration.

About you

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager
• Experience in the design and operation of irrigation systems.
• Experience in leading and coaching staff.
• Customer focus and a pleasant manner with customers.
• Valid drivers license and physical fitness required for handling inventory.
