Personal Assistant & Social Media Content Coordinator - FEMALE ONLY

I’m looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive Personal Assistant & Social Media Content Coordinator to work closely with me across social media 1million + followers , content creation, filming, editing, brand work and general day-to-day organisation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands social media and wants to become a reliable right-hand person within a fast-moving creator environment.

The role will involve a mix of content creation, social media support, video editing, filming, errands, organisation, travel planning and general personal assistant duties.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Assist with planning weekly content across Instagram, TikTok, OFTV, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook and other relevant platforms
• Help organise filming schedules, content days and posting plans
• Schedule and upload content where required
• Use Instagram Trial Reels to test different hooks, concepts, sounds and edits
• Be confident using the Instagram Edits app, TikTok editing tools and platform-native features
• Research current trends, sounds, hooks, transitions and content ideas
• Analyse what is performing well across my accounts and similar creator accounts
• Save and organise content inspiration and reference videos
• Keep track of what has been filmed, edited, scheduled and posted
• Help repurpose content across different platforms
• Assist with captions, hooks, titles and content concepts

Video Editing

Strong CapCut Pro experience is essential.

You should be confident taking raw footage and turning it into polished, ready-to-post content.

This includes:

• Editing Reels, TikToks and other short-form videos
• Working with cuts, pacing, transitions, sound effects and music
• Syncing footage to beats and audio cues
• Adding captions, text overlays and subtitles
• Using keyframes, speed ramps, masking, overlays and effects
• Recreating the feel and pacing of reference videos
• Selecting the strongest footage from multiple clips
• Making basic lighting, colour and framing adjustments
• Understanding current editing trends and visually engaging content

Applicants will be asked to provide examples of previous editing work.

Filming & Photography

• Assist with regular filming days
• Film content using iPhone and/or camera equipment
• Have a good eye for angles, lighting, framing and composition
• Follow reference videos and shot lists
• Help capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots, events and travel
• Assist with photography for fashion, lifestyle, swimwear and lingerie brand content
• Be comfortable professionally photographing and filming lingerie or swimwear content when required

Personal Assistant & Organisation

• Manage calendars, appointments, reminders and weekly priorities
• Keep track of deadlines, shoots, meetings and commitments
• Make bookings and reservations
• Research products, businesses, services, locations and activities
• Help organise digital files, photos, videos, documents and receipts
• Follow up outstanding tasks and help make sure nothing gets forgotten
• Assist with general day-to-day organisation

Errands & General Support

• Collect and send parcels
• Visit post offices or parcel lockers
• Return or exchange purchases
• Pick up clothing, props, equipment or supplies for shoots
• Run occasional personal or business-related errands
• Assist with Depop or similar resale tasks, including photographing, listing and shipping items where required
• Help keep the workspace, products and content-related items organised

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.

Travel & Brand Support

• Research flights, accommodation, transport, restaurants and activities
• Help create organised travel itineraries
• Research filming locations and content opportunities while travelling
• Assist with occasional domestic or international travel where required
• Help keep track of brand collaborations, gifted products and deliverables
• Assist with communication with brands, agencies, photographers and other collaborators where required
• Help organise receipts, invoices and basic expense records

• Highly organised and reliable
• Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Creative and genuinely interested in social media
• Highly experienced with CapCut Pro
• Confident using Instagram, TikTok, Instagram Edits and Trial Reels
• Comfortable filming and photographing content
• Good at recognising strong angles, lighting and aesthetics
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn
• Good at problem solving and working independently
• Comfortable with a fast-moving and sometimes unpredictable schedule
• Happy to help with both creative work and everyday errands
• Discreet, trustworthy and professional
• Comfortable travelling occasionally
• Positive and easy to work with

Experience in social media, content creation, video editing, photography, personal assisting or digital marketing would be highly regarded.

Formal qualifications are not essential. Reliability, initiative, creativity, editing ability and personality fit are more important.

Equipment

Dedicated work phones will be provided for social media management, filming, editing and posting.

Other filming equipment may also be provided where required.

The role will be a combination of in-person work and tasks that can be completed remotely.

Some flexibility around filming days, shoots, events and occasional travel will be required.
