About the role:
Join Northpark Private Hospital and become an integral part of our leadership team in a role where your professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail will make a real impact every day. As our Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Hospital Executive Team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the executive office. Acting as a trusted partner, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare reports and correspondence, and assist with key projects and initiatives across the hospital.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding healthcare services to our community.
