Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

About the role

Atmosphere Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Taylors Beach, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning and refrigeration systems

• Perform scheduled maintenance checks and services on equipment

• Install new air conditioning and refrigeration units

• Repair and replace faulty components

• Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality

• Maintain detailed records of all work completed

• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with clients

• After Hours and on call may be required.

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, e.g. Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an air conditioning and refrigeration technician

• Strong technical skills and ability to diagnose and repair faults

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients

• Commitment to safety and quality in all work practices

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Full driver's licence

• Valid work visa or Australian work rights accepted

• ARCtick licence required for refrigerant handling
