Ormeggio at The Spit, located at d’Albora Marina in Mosman, is a buzzy Italian seafood fine-dining restaurant and Cocktail Bar. It has two chef hats, is often listed among Australia’s top restaurants and has an incredible team of skilled people from all over the world in its team.
Ormeggio's wine list has been winning awards since opening in 2009. With a heavy focus on Italian wines, a good splash of French and of course a wonderful cellar of Australian wines this is an established and varied list to engage with. Ormeggio is dedicated to its wine cellar and is looking for an experienced and dedicated Sommelier who is just as passionate about growing its list, matching great wine with great food and engaging with our guests.
