A grade Electrician/ Solar Pv installer

Perth Solar Force is looking for an experienced A-Grade Electrician / Solar Installer to relocate to Geraldton and take on a key Leading Hand position within our growing regional installation team.

This isn't just another solar installer role.

We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of a crew, lead installations, maintain high standards and become a key part of our Geraldton operation.

As our Geraldton Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for running residential solar and battery installations while leading and developing the team around you.

You'll be trusted to:

• Lead solar and battery installations from start to finish

• Run and coordinate your installation crew

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and presentation

• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently and compliantly

• Troubleshoot and solve problems on site

• Train and mentor electricians and apprentices

• Communicate professionally with customers

• Work closely with our Perth installation management team

• Help build and maintain the reputation of Perth Solar Force throughout the Geraldton region

You'll have the opportunity to make the Geraldton operation your own while still having the systems, management and support of the wider Perth Solar Force team behind you.

Ideally, you'll have:

• WA Electrical Licence

• Current solar accreditation (Not mandatory but preffered)

• Battery accreditation or strong battery installation experience

• Residential solar installation experience

• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and WA electrical requirements

• Experience leading a crew or the confidence to step into leadership

• Excellent workmanship and attention to detail

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills

• Current driver's licence

• A positive attitude and willingness to help develop others
