At Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia, you'll play a key role in improving the reliability, performance and availability of our mining truck fleet. Working closely with the product OEM, regional branches, other internal stakeholders and customers, you'll help solve complex equipment issues, drive product improvements and support industry-leading mining operations across Australia.

About the role
Reporting to the National Mining Product Support Manager – Trucks, you'll provide technical expertise to support the performance and continuous improvement of Hitachi mining trucks.
You'll work closely with our regional branches, field teams, and the product OEM to investigate equipment issues, improve fleet reliability and ensure technical solutions are delivered efficiently.
