Estimator — Commercial Car Park Fit-Outs (Tier 1–3 Construction)

We're a thriving importer and installer in the construction sector, with a growing ecommerce arm. Our core trade is car park fit-outs and refurbishments — line marking, wheel stops, bollards, storage cages, tactile indicators, stair nosings.

We need an second Estimator on our Team to pull in more work as we continue to grow our Team.

You must have:

• Experience on the tools an advantage as hands on in depth knowledge is positive.

• Must be able to read and navigate construction plans and documents.

• Must be able to use Bluebeam (or experience in similar PDF mark up software).

• Must be able to price jobs (apply our standard company rates to the take off).

• Must be able to talk shop with Builders.

• Must be able to follow up and convert quoted work into live contracts.

• If you've got the basic skills listed above and have a positive attitude and work ethic we're willing to invest in your learning, skills and development.
