We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise) to lead Microsoft's relationship with a key Enterprise Commercial customer based in Perth, Western Australia. In this role, you will develop and execute the account strategy, helping the customer achieve their business objectives and maximise value from their Microsoft investments.

You will partner with senior business and technology leaders, working across Microsoft’s sales, technical and partner ecosystem to deliver innovative solutions that support the customer's transformation journey across cloud, data and AI.

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a strategic enterprise customer, building trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop and execute a long-term strategic account plan aligned to customer priorities and business outcomes.
• Lead account growth by identifying opportunities across Microsoft's cloud, data, AI and security portfolio.
• Drive revenue, consumption and customer success outcomes through effective account planning and execution.Coordinate Microsoft teams and partners to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximise impact.
• Engage and influence senior decision-makers, including executive and C-suite stakeholders.Maintain a healthy and predictable business through effective pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity planning.
• Communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner for both business and technical audiences.
• Identify customer challenges and opportunities, translating them into solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Foster collaboration, inclusion and shared accountability across customer, partner and Microsoft teams.
