Sales Administrator

At F.L. Costello we sell and service all SPEED QUEEN commercial laundry equipment and parts for domestic and commercial applications.

We are a busy office in need of a vibrant individual to be office support for our commercial salespeople as well assist our customers and cover other people in our hard working team.

 Is this person you?

These are the characteristics of the person we are looking for:

Essential:

• Sales Invoicing

• Updating Customer information

• Experienced in processing and reconciling Creditors

• Following up Debtors

• Attention to Detail

• Professional Calm Manner

• Get on within a small team but able to communicate across a broad interstate organisation. 

Desirable but not Essential:

• Quick Books Experience

• Experience in stock input

• Accounts management of transport companies

• Hubspot or other CRM database

Our office has free on site parking and is close to public transport and a uniform, training and support will be provided.
