Based in Guyra, this hands-on leadership role is perfect for an experienced civil construction professional who enjoys leading a crew from the front. You'll coordinate daily drainage maintenance activities while working alongside the team to deliver safe, efficient outcomes for our community

About you
You will bring:

• Leadership experience and a hands-on approach to civil construction work.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to coordinate crews and deliver outcomes.
• Experience operating a range of civil plant and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• A genuine commitment to workplace safety.
• The ability to confidently use technology and maintain accurate records.

• $1,420 per week + super, based on a 38-hour week
• Permanent full-time position
• 9-day fortnight (every second Friday off)
