About the role
The WIL Team Lead is responsible for leading a specialist WIL team and overseeing the delivery of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) services across relevant Medicine & Health programs. This role provides leadership in WIL operations, stakeholder engagement, compliance and continuous improvement to support high-quality student outcomes and effective service delivery.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a skilled Work Integrated Learning professional to drive the successful delivery of student placement experiences across a complex and dynamic environment. Working closely with academic leaders, health services and external partners, you will lead a specialist team, strengthen operational excellence, support compliance and governance requirements, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The role offers the chance to shape WIL processes, implement innovative systems and contribute to high-quality student outcomes while building strong partnerships across the health and education sectors. If you are a collaborative leader with strong stakeholder engagement, project management and operational expertise, this role provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
The role reports to the Academic Programs & WIL Manager and will have direct reports.
