Receptionist

MedHealth is a leading group of health, medical and employment brands focused on delivering better outcomes for individuals and organisations. ASSESS Medical Group provides independent medical and non-medical expert opinions to legal and insurance clients.

As part of the Client Services team, you’ll deliver a high-quality, client-focused experience by coordinating independent medical assessments and supporting consultants and clients throughout the process. You’ll also ensure visitors feel welcome and supported.

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our close-knit team on a part time basis working 26 hours a week.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate bookings and manage consultant schedules to maximise appointment utilisationLiaise with clients to deliver services in line with agreements and processesPrepare and manage medical files for appointmentsProvide administrative support to consultantsRespond to client enquiries (reports, invoicing, status updates)Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consultantsSupport team activities, including reception duties as needed

Positive, friendly and client-focused approachStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamFlexible, with strong prioritisation skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience in case management/medical reporting (desirable)
