Administration Officer

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our Singleton branch. This is a varied role supporting our operations team with administration, timesheet processing, invoicing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries and provide high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
• Administer employee timesheets and leave requests, ensuring efficient processing, accurate data management, and compliance with company procedures.
• Administer and maintain job records in NetSuite, ensuring accurate documentation and effective workflow management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee documentation, licences, and medicals.
• Manage the scheduling and completion of site inductions, maintaining accurate training and compliance records.
• Manage and reconcile daily cash and EFTPOS transactions with a high level of accuracy and accountability, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage filing, records, petty cash, stationery, and general office administration.
• Serve as the first point of contact for the business, professionally managing incoming calls, visitor enquiries, and front-of-house operations.

About You:

• Proven experience in an administrative role, supporting busy teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident approach.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative and adapt to changing business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records, manage confidential information, and meet deadlines.
• Experience with NetSuite is highly regarded.

What's on Offer:

• Salary banding $35-$40/hr pending experience.
• Full-time, Monday to Friday role -Flexible for the right candidate.
