Project Manager — Commercial Fit Out - CBD

Lead Group Recruitment are looking for a project manager for a well established fit out and refurbishment contractor with a strong secured pipeline is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the reins on their commercial projects paying a salary package of $160K - $200K 

This is a chance to run your own jobs end to end for a builder with a serious reputation for quality, repeat clients, and looking after its people.

About the role

You'll own project delivery from start to completion driving the programme, managing the numbers, and leading the site and delivery team to hand over work you're proud of.

• Take full ownership of project delivery, programme, and budget
• Lead the site team, Contract Administrator, and coordinators
• Manage client relationships and keep stakeholders informed throughout
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor packages, and cost control
• Drive quality, WHS, and programme milestones across the project
• Report to the Construction Manager on progress, risk, and financials

About you

• Proven PM experience delivering commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial and programme management skills
• A natural leader who brings the site and office together
• Confident managing clients and consultants directly
• Solid across the key software MS Project, Procore, Aconex or similar
• A trade or Construction Management background is well regarded
