Are you passionate about social justice and helping people navigate complex systems?
Join ADA Australia as an Aged Care Advocate and make a real difference in the lives of older people. In this rewarding role, you’ll support clients to understand their rights, resolve concerns and achieve fair outcomes while navigating the aged care system.

About the Role
Based from our Rockhampton office, you’ll support clients across Rockhampton, Gladstone, Biloela, the Gemfields and surrounding communities.
You’ll work directly with older people, families, residential aged care facilities and service providers to ensure clients are informed, supported and empowered.
No two days are the same. You may be:
Regular travel throughout Central Queensland is required, including occasional overnight stays.
About You
We’re looking for someone who builds trusted relationships, communicates with confidence, adapts to changing circumstances, and is passionate about empowering vulnerable people to understand their rights and be heard.
You may have experience in:
Previous aged care advocacy experience is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a passion for helping others.
