About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, via face to face, phone, and email communication to all clients.
• Ensure the office reception and meeting rooms are maintained and set up for business meetings when required.
• Respond to customer enquiries, data entry, digital and paper filing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Provide assistance to a range of team members within the college in a confidential manner.
• Attend to Mail, Post and Banking tasks, Manage Office Stationary.

What we're looking for:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive attitude, and organisational skills.
• Takes initiative, eager and willing to learn, attention to detail.
• Able to follow instructions, ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
• Tech savvy - familiar with MS Word, email suites and basic IT skills.
• Confident to engage with clients and students via face to face, phone and email.
