Holiday Property Manager

As a Holiday Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a premium portfolio of holiday homes, backed by the strength and sophistication of the McGrath brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of holiday rental properties

• Liaise with property owners, guests, trades, and service providers

• Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and guest experience standards

• Ensure all compliance, policies, and procedures are met

• Actively contribute to bookings, guest services, and revenue optimisation

• Assist with onboarding new holiday listings and maintaining quality control

• Handle enquiries with professionalism and a guest-first mindset

Requirements:

• Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration preferred - otherwise willingness to undertake

• Previous experience in holiday property management or real estate property management (preferred)

• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team

• Tech-savvy with ability to adapt to booking and property management software

• Preferable 1-2 years experience in property management, real estate or hospitality

About You

• You have a current NSW Certificate of Registration (preferred)

• You bring experience in holiday property management or residential property management

• You're a great communicator, love structure, and thrive in a team environment

• You're tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly

• You're positive, self-motivated, and solution-focused
