About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the adoption of automation, artificial intelligence, and finance systems initiatives across the business. Working closely with representatives across all departments, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, automate manual tasks, and enhance decision-making through automated systems and AI-driven solutions.

With strong executive sponsorship and several transformation projects already identified, you will play a key role in shaping the future technology roadmap.

·         Lead the identification, design, and implementation of automation initiatives across finance and related business functions.

·         Drive the adoption of AI tools, AI agents, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.

·         Implement and optimise finance systems, integrations, and workflows while ensuring data integrity and strong internal controls.

·         Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate manual tasks, reduce risk, and improve scalability.

·         Partner stakeholders across departments to identify control gaps, streamline processes, and support transformation, integration, and business-as-usual activities.

·         Support system upgrades, testing, documentation, training, and change management activities.

·         Contribute to the future-state design of finance systems and data architecture.

About You

You are naturally curious about technology and passionate about improving business processes. You enjoy solving complex problems, challenging inefficient ways of working, and implementing practical automation solutions that deliver measurable results.

You will bring:

·         Experience implementing automation, workflow improvements, or digital transformation initiatives.

·         Experience leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to improve productivity.

·         Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

·         A proactive and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.

·         Understanding of finance processes, controls, and financial systems.
