Operations Coordinator

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Operations Coordinator to join the team. This diverse role will have you working across an exciting scope of work, giving you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and services.

Joining a fun & tight knit supportive team, this role will be suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with previous experience within the mining industry. If you have a good sense of humour and enjoy working in a collaborative team, this one’s for you! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Engagement with our International teams – being proactively involved with our crews with regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team

• Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in new markets

• Providing expertise on services available within the Group

• Embracing the Mader Culture by ensuring your teams are well looked after – Our employees are #1

• Site visits will be required – Willing to international travel to support our clients 

Skills & Experience:

• A strong background in a similar role in the Mobile Maintenance space

• Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or Boilermaker – highly desired

• Outstanding customer relations and people management skills

• Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

• High-level communication and negotiating skills

• Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite

• Competent conflict resolution skills

• Valid driver’s licence
