What You'll Do

Help Lead Great Food & Memorable Guest Experiences!

Working closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen team while delivering exceptional food across our café, bistro, school camps and events.

• Support the day-to-day operation of a busy commercial kitchen

• Prepare and present high-quality meals across multiple dining experiences

• Mentor junior chefs and support a positive team culture

• Assist with stock control, ordering, menu development and waste minimisation

• Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards

What You'll Bring

You're a passionate chef who enjoys leading by example, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is ready to take the next step in your culinary career.

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie, or Chef de Partie ready to step up

• Strong food safety knowledge and commitment to quality

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure

• Ability to work across a rotating roster during school holidays

 All final applicants for this role must provide evidence of a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Australian work rights before commencing employment.
