About the role

This role is ideal for a motivated and customer-focused Optical Dispenser who enjoys helping patients find the perfect eyewear solution.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting patients with frame styling and lens selection tailored to their lifestyle and visual needs

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive patient experience

• Managing reception duties including answering calls and booking appointments

• Performing spectacle adjustments, fittings and minor repairs

• Working collaboratively with optometrists and team members to achieve the best outcomes for patients

About you

• Previous experience in optical dispensing

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A passion for helping patients look and see their best

• A positive team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment

• A willingness to continue developing dispensing knowledge and skills
