Our client is a proudly Australian-owned and operated manufacturer of world-class air conditioning systems, producing a wide range of reliable and energy-efficient HVAC products specifically designed for Australian conditions.

They are currently seeking Skilled Assemblers to join their manufacturing team and contribute to the production of high-quality air conditioning systems.

Available Shifts

Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm

Afternoon Shift: 4pm - 12pm

Responsibilities

• Assemble air conditioning and HVAC components and assemblies
• Use a variety of hand and power tools
• Follow technical drawings, specifications and assembly instructions
• Measure, cut and fit insulation to required specifications
• Apply insulation to HVAC components to improve energy efficiency
• Apply identification labels to components and finished products for inventory tracking and compliance
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment

About You

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing or production is highly regarded
• HVAC or similar industry experience is advantageous
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and specifications
• Experience working with insulation materials is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
• Basic computer skills for production and inventory documentation
