Client Relationship Manager | Veterinary | Part Time to Full Time

Are you a vet nurse, practice manager or vet who loves the industry but is ready to get off the floor?

VECA is a 24/7 emergency and specialist veterinary hospital group with sites at Campbelltown and Norwest. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to own the relationship between VECA and the GP vets who refer to us.

This is a road role. You will be out visiting clinics across Sydney, building real relationships with practice owners, vets, nurses and reception teams, and making sure VECA is who they think of when a case needs emergency or specialist care.

The role

• Visit GP clinics across Greater Sydney on a structured rotation
• Reactivate lapsed referrers and open new ones
• Run CE evenings, lunch and learns and hospital tours
• Represent VECA at conferences and industry events
• Follow up referral cases so referring vets feel looked after
• Track and report on referral volume by clinic

About you

• Veterinary industry experience. Nurse, practice manager, vet, or veterinary sales
• Own reliable car and full NSW driver licence
• Comfortable with outreach through every channel including cold visits
• Confident, warm and organised
• Available for occasional after hours CE events
