This position is a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, based on one of our projects in the Goldfields region.

Must Haves

• Australian recognised Heavy Mobile Plant trade qualification
• Valid Australian Driver's Licence — minimum C class
• Proven experience in a Leading Hand, supervisory, or senior trades role
• Experience working with OEM equipment (CAT and Hitachi)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a crew effectively
• Dedication to maintaining high safety standards within the workshop
• Team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills
• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance

  
Desirable but Not Essential

• High Risk Work Licence — LF, WP, DG, RB, CN
• Aircon ticket and current Refrigerant Handling Licence
• Cert II Tyre Fitting
• Current valid HR Licence
• S26 certification (applicants with S26 preferred)
