THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a well-established Victorian commercial builder.

This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, established systems and a proven reputation for delivering quality projects across a broad range of sectors.

Depending on your background, you could be working across a project portfolio that includes commercial, mixed-use, institutional, healthcare, education, community and multi-residential developments.

The business is looking for someone who can take ownership of the estimating process and contribute to securing quality projects.

PROJECT EXPOSURE: Projects can include:

• Commercial developments
• Mixed-use developments
• Apartments & multi-residential
• Healthcare projects
• Education & institutional projects
• Community and public buildings
• Retail and commercial spaces
• Refurbishment and fit-out projects

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator with:

• Previous experience estimating for a Victorian commercial builder
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methodology
• Ability to manage tenders from initial review through to submission
• Strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar estimating software
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Full Australian working rights

Estimator and Senior Estimator backgrounds will be considered, with salary and seniority determined by your experience.
